Your opportunity to quiz the experts on all aspects of the food & drink industry from recipes and cookery tips to flora and fauna, cheese making and cocktail secrets or the dilemma of plastics in our environment.
Six experts will be on hand to help answer questions including Shirley Spear owner and director of The Three Chimneys, Kathy Bliss from The Highland Diary and author of ‘Practical Cheesemaking’, and Helen Vass, Patisserie Chef of the Year.
Chairing the event will be food journalist and Festival Host Cate Devine.
