This is quite an achievement, based upon the quality of readers’ reviews. Scott recently joined the SlowFood Chef’s Alliance and supports the promotion of Scotland’s superb fresh ingredients of all kinds, in conjunction with Scotland Food and Drink. He is an ambassador for the reinstatement of a local abattoir in Skye.
“I am delighted to be taking part in the Skye Food and Drink Festival. Skye produces some of the best fresh food in Scotland and we have not highlighted this as a community in any major way for many years. The festival gives us an even greater excuse to celebrate Skye’s natural larder. I hope you will buy a ticket and join in the celebration of Skye food and drink.” Scott Davies
